Great customer service
They will work with you to ensure you get what you need. At first my boxes were mostly sunscreen and deodorant, but when I told them I was expecting makeup, they put a lot of makeup in my next box as well as a high quality serum that I had told them I really enjoyed.

I’ve got a lot of the same stuff each month; this last box was almost identical to the prior box - same deodorant, same lip gloss (same color), same face mask. Sort of disappointing, and now I have way too much of the same thing.
