Overall I really like the boxes. However, I wish there was some sort of replacement item or cost adjustment for the fact that some items listed online can’t ship to American addresses.

AMAZING box! I was nervous when the first box was lost and 2nd boxes tracking wasn't working, but it was not an error on Think Dirty's side. The 2nd box came earlier than promised and everything inside is AMAZING!!! Thank you for your customer support and sorry for my lack of patience but needed for an anniversary present... WORTH THE WAIT! Can't wait for next month!!
