A lot has happened in the past year — through the highs and the lows, women are standing tall and preparing to take action for the future. Strong-willed when it comes to causes they care about and fearlessly leading change, women continue to take the world by storm. Although there is still lots of work to be done, we must take the time to acknowledge how far we have come in this journey.
Think Dirty is celebrating International Women’s Day by featuring one role model a day leading up to March 8th! Each of these ladies has accomplished something special in their life and we are excited to share their stories of passion, dedication, and inspiration. Let’s keep the commitment to inspire and empower one another, to create and build the lives we deserve to lead.
Kicking off our countdown to International Women’s Day is Karina Birch, co-owner of Rocky Mountain Soap Company– a line of all-natural personal care based in Canmore, Alberta. Since she was a little girl, Karina believed that if it came from the earth it was truly better for us. It’s a belief she still holds today and one that she incorporated into her business.
