Advice that helped me realize my vision:
Be passionate about what you do, don’t worry so much about the pay or the prestige. If you love what you do, you will naturally excel.
Biggest risk:
Investing my savings in myself to go back to business school instead of staying in a great city and great job.
Biggest flop:
To be honest, I don’t feel that I have any “flops.” I honestly look at all challenges and as learning opportunities and grow from them. I believe in living with no regrets in my career or life.
I wish I could tell my younger self:
Don’t worry about grades so much! Just focus on learning as much as possible.

International Women’s Day to me means:
taking one day out of the year to celebrate the other 50% of the population that does amazing things every day, but don’t always ask for or get the credit and recognition they deserve
I had my Aha! moment when:
My husband pushed me to go for my dream job in clean beauty and helped me see how big of a category I could be…and look at where we are now!
If I wasn’t running my own business, I would be:
I don’t run my own business, but if I wasn’t in the beauty industry, I would own my own Break and Breakfast and be cooking and hosting people in a cute cottage, preferably with a small garden .
