Think Dirty has a lot of respect for the model and advocate for social change, Cameron Russell. Although she has modelled for Victoria’s Secret, Calvin Klein and H&M, Russell is more than a pretty face. After all she studied at Wellesley and Columbia. As a speaker at TEDXTALK in October 2012, Russell criticized the modeling industry and questioned the value of beauty. It resonated: her talk has been seen more than 1.5 million times! She is also the director of The Big Bad Lab, which creates participatory art for positive social change. We commend her for using her status as a model to create awareness of the problems in the modeling industry and to inspire girls to make better career choices.
