November is here, meaning winter is around the corner! Grab your hot chocolate and knitted sweaters but don’t forget to switch over to your winter skincare routine. We have found the perfect non-toxic moisturizer for all of our dry skin needs. Let us introduce to you Biossance and The Revitalizer, rated 0 on the Dirty Meter.

The Revitalizer is the only product you need for moisturization from head-to-toe. In addition to the skincare uses, The Revitalizer can also be used for your hair to add shine, as a makeup remover, after-sun hydrator and the list goes on. The non-greasy moisturizer is made with only one product— plant-derived squalane.

What is Squalane?

Squalane is an optimized version of our skin’s natural moisture molecule. Typically derived from unreliable sources like shark liver and olives, the Biossance scientist team has found a way to derive it from sugarcane.

Biossance was founded by Amyris, a company created by a group of UC Berkeley scientists. Prior to entering the skincare industry, Amyris used biotechnology to develop microbial strains that treated over 120 million people to date. Biossance is committed to making effective products that are safe for you and the planet.

You can find The Revitalizer, along with other great clean beauty finds in our Limited Edition November Beauty Box.
