Raise your hand if, over the past three years, you’ve struggled with body image issues, mental health setbacks, and changes in your spiritual journey caused by all the uncertainty in the world. If we’re being perfectly honest, we’re right there with you.
Because we understand the importance of positive change, we’re excited to invite you to join us on our #CleanStart30 challenge this January. We’re taking the whole month to get ourselves back on track and set clear intentions, ensuring we start 2023 off with a bang.
From the 1st to the 31st, start the New Year off right by improving your mental health and overall wellness. If you’re like us, you’re probably thinking that the #CleanStart30 challenge could not be coming at a better time. After December, most of us are sick of holiday treats and feel drained after all of the social events.
All Dirty Thinkers’ are encouraged to take advantage of this clean start. Every week, you can tune into our Instagram stories and posts, which will be filled with helpful tips and tricks that can provide you with some much-needed motivation and inspiration. And because nobody should ever embark on a journey alone, we’ll also be posting our progress each week.
The focus of the #CleanStart30 challenge will change every week. Each week, we’ll hone in on aspects of your mental, spiritual, emotional, and physical health that are important in keeping a new routine.
WEEK 1: Get in tune with your body
Followers can expect tips and tricks that focus on what you’re putting IN your body. For example, the foods you should eat to reach your vitamin and nutrient needs, and we’ll even share a few of our favourite nutritious recipes. After filling your body with assorted boxed chocolates and eggnog for the last month, this healthy eating transition will work wonders.
WEEK 2: Absorb the environment around you
The second week will look at the things you’re putting ON your body, like skincare products and more. Because so much of what you put on your skin is absorbed into your bloodstream, it’s incredibly important to take a long, hard look at the body and skin products you use. We’ll provide recommendations on clean skincare products and makeup that can make you look and feel good. In addition, the toxins found in many products can impact several aspects of your overall health.
WEEK 3: Be mindful of your body
Week 3 will highlight ways our followers can prioritize their mental health as the state of your head can impact your relationship with yourself, your friends and family members, and your productivity at work or school.
Joining us on this journey before the craziness of 2023 begins is a great way to ensure you’ve got all the tools to make this year the best.
